By accessing or using One Direct Mail's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform, printing services, and distribution logistics. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

Description of Service

One Direct Mail provides a comprehensive direct mail solution specializing in professional printing and USPS Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) delivery. Our services include:

  • High-quality printing of marketing collateral in approved USPS EDDM sizes.
  • Route selection software via our online mapping tool.
  • Preparation and processing of all USPS paperwork and bundling.
  • Logistics coordination for delivery to designated USPS post offices.

Route Exclusivity Rules

We operate on a unique "One Business Per Route" model to ensure maximum impact for our clients.

Only one business of a specific industry (e.g., HVAC, Real Estate, Dental) is permitted to mail to a specific USPS route per month.

event Monthly Reservation

Reservations are held for a 30-day period from the date of payment. Continued exclusivity requires recurring monthly reservations.

Payment Terms

All transactions are processed securely through our Stripe integration. Payments for printing and postage must be made in full before production begins.

Prices are subject to change based on USPS postage rate adjustments. All sales are final once production has commenced.

Liability & Professional Conduct

Limitation of Liability

One Direct Mail is not responsible for USPS delivery delays, weather-related issues, or incorrect mailing address data provided by the USPS. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Professional Conduct

Clients agree to provide marketing materials that are truthful, non-defamatory, and compliant with all local, state, and federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content deemed inappropriate or harmful.
